  • 8 oz orzo
  • 1 cup green beans, cut
  • 2 ears corn, kernels eliminated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon gewurztraminer vinegar
  • 1/4 cup torn basil leaves
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook orzo according to bundle. Two minutes prior to cooking time is done, include green beans to pot. Drain in a great mesh colander and wash with cold water.
